Our workshops usually happen every month or so, hosted in different locations of natural beauty across England and Wales. To get an idea of what we offer, you can view some of our upcoming workshops here  – but most workshops will be posted to the main page, with regular updates.

Booking with us is easy. Email us, in the first instance to reserve your place. We will then ask that you pay the fee for the workshop upfront via our secure online payment system.You must pay for your place online prior to attending the workshop. We no longer take cash or cheque on the day. Places are usually limited (20 being the preferred max) and fill up quickly. Families are of course welcome, and children under 12 can attend free of charge.

Concessions are available, but you must meet the criteria, which is simple – if you’re either a student and/or over 60 years of age, a concession fee is available. You can request a concession during the booking process.

Half Moon is currently a non-profit organisation, run on a volunteer basis.  The charge of the workshop supports the efforts and expertise of the writer, and our job is to ensure that everyone involved has a fulfilling and enjoyable experience.
